The Mitigwa Lodge hosts its annual LLDC (Lodge Leadership Development Conference) in early November after every election cycle. This conference is a great opportunity for Chapter Chiefs, Vice-Chiefs, Chairmen, and other members to learn about their new positions and meet the lodge officers and advisers. 

The event begins at 8:00 a.m. and ends with an LECM (Lodge Executive Committee Meeting) taking place around 4:00 p.m. More details for the event will come out as it approaches. Our next LLDC is scheduled for Saturday, November 4th at the Fred Maytag II Scout Center.
