Join us at LLDC, November 2nd at the Fred Maytag Scout Center in Des Moines! LLDC stands for Lodge Leadership Development Conference and each year the lodge puts on the event to help our Arrowman grow upon exiting leadership skills and to learn new ones they can take back to their unit and use in their life for years to come. LLDC is free of charge and lunch is provided. During LLDC we will be doing presentations on Unit Relations, Leading VS Serving, What do your roles actually do?, Where are my resources?, Tools for creative thinking, and Youth and adult roles. We encourage all Arrowman to attend!
