Spring Conclave will begin Friday Night May 16, 2025 with Registration opening at 5:30 P.M. There is an optional pork dinner available, so we recommend choosing that option in the “Trading Post” section of your online registration. We cannot guarantee pork dinners will be available at the door.
At Spring Conclave, the trading post will be open with all your favorite Lodge gear. We will be having Ordeal and Brotherhood ceremonies and service projects. Our main goal for the weekend will be to get camp ready for an exciting 100th year of summer camp at Mitgwa Scout Reservation! All OA elections for the year must also be completed and paperwork turned into Wyatt Lewis on Friday night.
Vigil Honor Nominations will be due on Sunday at 9am. All potential candidates will need to have their 2025 dues paid at the time of their nomination. If the “Dues Year” column says 2024, they need to have their dues paid before you submit your nomination.
You can use either the paper nomination form and bring it to camp or the online form.

The fee for OA Members is $25 per member.
The fee for Ordeal Candidates is now $75 per candidate.
Please remember only Candidates that were Elected in 2024 can complete their induction at Spring Conclave.
All Arrowmen attending need to bring Parts A&B of their Medical Forms to be handed in upon check-in.
