The National Order of the Arrow Conference will be July 24, 2022 through July 30, 2022 at the University of Tennessee, in Knoxville, Tennessee. The Mitigwa Lodge Contingent will leave Des Moines by bus on July 24th and will arrive home very late on the night of July 30. Members of the Contingent will be staying in the dormitories on the campus of the University of Tennessee.

Below are the details for the two registration options.
Normal Registration – Cost is $625.00, of which $100.00 is non-refundable, but is transferable. Payments can be made between October 1, 2021 and May 31, 2022.
Early bird Registration- Cost is $575.00 and all of the $575 is non-refundable, but is transferable. Payment must be made in full to the council by December 10, 2021. This date allows us to get the payment from the council to NOAC prior to their deadline.
NONE OF THESE PRICES INCLUDE TRANSPORTATION OR ANY OTHER LODGE EXPENSES INCLUDING APPAREL, PATCHES, AND OTHER PERSONAL PURCHASES (SNACKS, SOUVENIRS, ETC.).
Total price is expected to be in the $1,100.00 range. The total price is largely dependent on the number of people that end up going, as that lessens the transportation costs for everyone.
Choose your registration type wisely. As stated above, if you select the Early bird registration of $575.00 that amount will be due December 1, 2021. This is a hard deadline to get the $50.00 discount. If you select Early Bird and do not have the money in by December 1, you will lose the $50.00 discount, and your registration will be converted to a normal registration of $625.00. If you do pay as an Early Bird attendee registration and you are unable to go, the $575.00 is non-refundable. You would then have until May to pay whatever amount you have remaining. If you choose the Normal Registration, there is a $100 deposit required at the time of registration. This portion of the $625 registration fee is non-refundable. You also will have until May to pay the remainder of the amount for registration and lodge fees. While the deposits are not refundable, they are transferable if you find someone else willing to take your place.
Your registration type must be selected and will be locked in when the council registers a slot for your attendance at NOAC. No one is allowed to switch registration types.
